Refund policy

This policy completes the terms of sale and applies to every subscription to the Narval software, which is reserved for businesses.

Version of 16 September 2026 This is a courtesy translation. The French version of this document prevails.

The fourteen-day guarantee

A request made within fourteen days of the opening of the account is refunded in full, provided no alert and no exhibit have been delivered to the client. No reason is required.

After that period, the subscription is due for the current term.

A business with no more than five employees that subscribed for a purpose outside its main activity may instead exercise the right of withdrawal under article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code; the refund is then calculated under article L221-25 of the same code, in proportion to the service already supplied.

Interruption attributable to RETBA AI

Where the service stays unavailable for more than seven consecutive days for a cause attributable to RETBA AI, the client obtains, at its choice, an equivalent extension of the subscription or a refund of the corresponding period.

Termination by RETBA AI for a reason other than the client's breach gives a right to a refund of the unexpired period.

What is not refunded

  • exhibits and notes already delivered;
  • the elapsed period where the request comes after the fourteen-day window;
  • a subscription used without reservation for more than fourteen days;
  • termination for unlawful use of the service.

Timing and means

Refunds are made within fourteen days of receipt of the request, by the means of payment used for the order, unless the client expressly agrees to another. No fee is charged.

Making a request

Requests go to cb@cdb.agency, giving the subscriber's name, the date of the order and the reason, if there is one. An acknowledgement is sent on the next working day.
