A single payment by card, Apple Pay or PayPal, through Stripe. The account opens within twenty-four hours. The subscription is reserved for businesses, and a company number or VAT number is requested at checkout.

The beta

Narval already runs, and we keep building it until 30 November 2026. So you work on a beta. Everything described below is owed to you from day one; the rest reaches you week by week.

In exchange for the price, we ask five minutes of your week: a questionnaire on your use, your gaps and your blockers. Your answers set the order of our fixes, and they go no further than us.

The year of support
  • Your own account, opened within twenty-four hours of payment, to query Narval yourself.
  • Every morning, a report: how each person or brand you follow has moved since the day before.
  • When the morning reading shows a threat, an alert reaches you, read by an analyst, with a draft response already written.
  • Every Monday, a one-page note: three figures, the state of the twelve standard threats, one dated recommendation.
  • At every incident, a timestamped and sealed exhibit, drawn up in the form a judge and a newsroom expect.
  • Every quarter, a review of the incidents handled and how they ended.
  • An associate who answers you within twenty-four hours, on an encrypted channel if you ask.

The work, on the record

The contract forbids us to name our clients. The method is therefore judged on public cases, studied from open sources.

The price, set against the rest

€3,500 for one year of watch and support: under €300 a month, and under €100 a month for each of the three people or brands watched. A crisis handled late is paid for in legal fees, suspended contracts or lost votes, with no ceiling.
