I am Cire Dye Ba, a strategic narrative director based in Paris and the founder of RETBA AI, the narrative intelligence firm that publishes the Narval software. For twelve years I have advised governments, corporations and high-net-worth individuals on information warfare and reputation, in more than fifteen countries and across more than forty campaigns.
My work
I design defensive and offensive narrative operations: I map adversarial networks, neutralise disinformation campaigns and turn raw intelligence into a position a leader can hold in public. RETBA AI publishes case studies built on open sources and, since July 2026, a doctrine, On Influence. Narval, its software, watches people and brands continuously across the press, social networks, search engines, AI assistants and prediction markets, with a report every morning and an alert as soon as things heat up.
Background
I began my career managing development projects, then specialised in public communications, working for non-governmental organisations and governments (Policy Center for the New South).
